This weekend, we headed out to Huber's to do some apple-picking. We met up with our friends from Nashville. The weather was gray and rainy, but then the weather never seems to cooperate when we get together. It didn't stop the kids from having a great time, however.
I love that Andrew is trying to be cool like Joseph, even though Frank is actually his age. Meanwhile, Aidan is loving all over the girls.
Veronica isn't bothered by the rain, but little Miss Priss is not happy about her hair getting wet.
The boys are loving the rain!
After we finished picking apples, we enjoyed dinner together at the restaurant and then headed back home. I spent most of Sunday in bed nursing a cold, but today we were all up for Labor Day festivities. Clarksville was having a parade for the first time in 30+ years (or so I was told) and Tony, the boys and my nephew were walking with the Cub Scouts and my mom was walking for the Rotary. Sophie and I just walked to the end of our street to be spectators!
Hope everyone had a restful Labor Day weekend!
