Andrew took his first field trip today. His preschool class went to the Louisville Zoo with their seventh-grade big buddies. Since I'd already taken all my sick days on maternity leave and Tony had lost some days with his surgery, we sent my mom as a chaperone. Andrew had a great time at the zoo, but I think the highlight of the trip for all the preschoolers was the bus ride.
Here's Andrew with two of his buddies. They painted shirts and put their handprints on the back so Mrs. Steurer could spot them.
Gross - what animal is this? I think it's some kind of goat.
Grandma took Andrew to Zesto's after the trip, and they ran into Andrew's friend Wyatt.
