I have nothing to report since New Year's. Okay, that's not exactly true. We've been really busy, but nothing that is worth documenting in photos and prose. We got several inches of snow this week, but luckily didn't have any snow days. This past weekend, Tony and I went to the CABO WABO coat party. It's becoming a pretty large event locally. It's a charity organization that just basically throws two big parties a year with all the proceeds going to a different charity each time. They also collect coats at the door to donate to the homeless shelter. We had a really good time, but would have had more fun if we had gone with another couple. We ended up leaving early so we could come home and watch the Colts lose.
I've started my class at UofL for this semester. It's my second to last class EVER for my Ph.D. I'm taking a qualitative research class. After one meeting, I'm less than enthused and am going to have to force myself through the semester. I've got some good stories, though, so ask if you see me.
On the flip side, I'm also teaching a class for IU Southeast. It's an undergrad class for students who want to be teachers. I'm teaching them how to assess and fix reading problems in their students. We met for the first time tonight and I'm pretty excited about the semester.
Just because I don't have any other pics to post, here's one of Sophie dressing herself after her bath. Note that one hand is in the foot hole and one foot is in an arm hole.

And this is pretty much just for my fabulous sister in law. Sophie has not given up her love of dance. Here she is, putting on a show for us. I forgot to turn the camera - turn your head.
