We celebrated Sophie's baptism at St. Anthony last night. It was a wonderful evening, we are so glad that our friends Fr. Paul and Monica agreed to be her godparents. The Mass was even more special since Fr. Paul concelebrated with Fr. Tom. Afterwards, we had cake and punch in the social hall. The baptismal gown she's wearing was mine, and she was actually baptized at the font in the back of the church where I was baptized, rather than up front like the boys were. Rather than post a lot of commentary, I'm just going to post some of my favorite pictures Dad took for me.
On a different topic all together, Tony went out today and bought a bed for the dog's crate. We went out with Karen and when we came back home, this is the sight that met us:
