On Saturday, the boys had basketball at the YMCA. Then Tony's mom came over so the two of us could go out for Valentine's day. I just wanted to do something low-key, so we headed to Bardstown Road and had dinner at Molly Malone's. It was surprisingly quiet there (I guess Valentine's Day does not equal Irish Pub for everyone). Then we walked around 4th street for awhile a finished with a yummy dessert at Maker's Mark.
On Sunday, I decided it was high time Miss Sophie had a bath. Her belly button's still healing, so we didn't immerse her but it was obvious she's not a fan of the water!
Andrew also had his first basketball game at St. Anthony on Sunday - he's playing in the school biddy ball league as well. They did a great job, but I was proudest of Andrew for volunteering to lead prayer before the game. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been brave enough to stand in the center of the gym and pray with kids all the way up through second grade and a full set of bleachers when I was four.
Sophie turned three weeks on Monday, so here's the picture I took:
Much better are the pictures I ordered from Sears!
