Miss F's favorite day is Friday, and so that was the day the kindergarten held their Funny Foot parade. Thursday night after we got home from Andrew's ball game and my UofL class, we spent time decorating his socks with foam flames, fire trucks, fire badges, and flame-colored feathers. I'm not very good with hot glue, but we did okay.
The kindergarten parades through all the classrooms in the school during their parade, so I got to snap some pictures when they visited the first grade. Here's Andrew and one of his new best friends, Carson. Carson is allergic to peanut butter and is the reason Andrew will no longer take a peanut butter sandwich for lunch - so he can sit with his friend.
Friday evening, we took Sophie to her first PHS football game. The Pioneers beat Mitchell something terrible, but I forgot to take pictures of Sophie for her senior yearbook shot - we'll have to go again soon!
Today has been a lazy Saturday. Sophie has decided that my basket and plastic lining makes a far better toy than her toys do.
We've got more plans this weekend, so check back soon!
