Today the boys had their last basketball game. They've both done really well this season, and Aidan has even made baskets without being carried by the coach. Here's Aidan telling everyone else what to do:

Basketball season
On Saturday, IUS offered a free story hour hosted by the undergraduate education students. Anything that is free and literacy oriented is super in my book! The students read stories to the kids, and then had learning centers set up based on the books. Aidan listened to "Gregory the Terrible Eater" while Andrew enjoyed "Everybody Bakes Bread".
Afterwards, the kids made ants on a log with celery and raisins, goats made out of apples, and had the chance to do a craft and sample pita bread.

The boys had a great time, and each got to take home a copy of the book they had listened to. Sophie had zero interest in the whole thing and spent the hour making laps around the library with my mom. She looked cute, though, and enjoyed eating Gregory the Goat's horns (pretzels).
After story time, mom and I picked up lunch and took everyone home. A pre- and post- script about Saturday: Before Story time, mom and I found not one, but two Easter dresses for Sophie. We couldn't make up our mind, so we kept both. We also found a hat, purse, and shoes. Saturday evening, Tony came home from work with and Olive Garden gift certificate as a bonus. He called his mom to babysit and we had a hot date - yummy Italian food, followed by Target and Kroger.
