Summer not-so-fun

Now that Sophie can (almost) sit on her own, we fixed all the toys so she can reach them and interact. This piano was a big hit with Andrew when he was little, and apparently Sophie is just as enamored.
At Sophie's check up on Monday, I was congratulating myself for not having sick children in a long time. Mothers should know better than to do this - it's a jinx. Andrew started running a fever on Tuesday, and Wednesday I was back in Dr. Corba's office. He has some gunk in his lungs, but nothing infectious right now. We have the privilege of renting a nebulizer so Andrew can have a week's worth of breathing treatments. This is not new - we had to do it a couple years ago. However, this machine has a mask named "bubble the fish". I guess it's supposed to make it more fun?!? We were told that if he continued to run a fever, it was probably an indicator of bronchitis. Luckily, we've been fever-free for two days. I hope we're on the mend.
